Synopsis
This short documentary follows the installation of Robert Therrien’s ‘Red Room’ at the influential Gagosian gallery in New York. Therrien is a leading contemporary artist, and this is the first time he has allowed a filmmaker to document his process. His work appears in numerous public collections worldwide, including The Broad Art Foundation; The Getty Center; Los Angeles County Museum of Art; Musée National d’Art Moderne, Centre Georges Pompidou; Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles; The Museum of Modern Art, New York; Tate, London; and Whitney Museum of American Art.
